Interns & Working Students

Since I started as a working student at cplace in May 2022, I have gained a lot of valuable experience. My work as a working student in Solution Consulting is just as important and valued as that of any other employee. Our flexible working hours allow me to successfully continue my studies. At the same time, I am part of exciting projects at leading companies where I can make a tangible contribution to positive change. What makes cplace special for me is the family-like working environment, where people communicate openly and at eye level. Not to mention the great office atmosphere and fun team events that make working at cplace an all-around very pleasant experience.

I’ve been working as a working student in the IT & Office Management team at cplace since July 2023. I’m particularly impressed by the idea behind cplace and the direction the company is taking. As a student, I especially appreciate the flexibility, as it allows me to balance my studies and work effectively. I also really value the central location and excellent transportation links. During my time here, I’ve gained a lot of valuable experience, ranging from daily tasks to smaller projects. I’ve taken on responsibility, driven my own initiatives forward and seen how my work directly impacts the company’s day-to-day operations. This has helped me grow both professionally and personally and has given me more confidence in my future career.

I’ve been working as a working student in marketing at cplace since December 2024. From day one, I’ve felt welcome on the team. I’m particularly impressed by the team spirit and openness—everyone takes the time to share their knowledge and provide insights into the various areas of marketing. My focus is on event marketing. A particular highlight for me was helping to organize cplace Day as well as many other events. Working students are given responsibility early on, allowing us to actively participate in the planning and execution of important projects. Our marketing team covers many different areas, from product and partner marketing to event and content marketing. I especially appreciate the willingness to help and the team spirit. Everyone works toward common goals, supports one another, and at the same time creates space for personal interaction—whether over coffee together or playing sports after work.

I’ve been working as a working student in sales at cplace since November 2024 and I’ve felt welcome and appreciated from day one. I’m impressed by the product, the sense of community and the way cplace operates with passion, determination, and team spirit. For me, cplace is the perfect place to start my career, with clear career prospects. Our sales team is strong, experienced, and extremely helpful – you learn something new every day and quickly grow into greater responsibility. In sales, success for me means when we, as a team, inspire customers, build trust, and work together to turn an opportunity into a successful deal. What motivates me most is that we develop strategies together and everyone contributes to the result.

I’ve been working as a working student in the People & Culture team at cplace since March 2025. I’ve felt welcome here from the very beginning because trust, openness and genuine teamwork define how we work together. For me, the flexibility here is a major plus because I can easily balance my studies and work. Since joining cplace, I’ve learned a lot professionally and have also grown personally. I’ve become much more confident, especially in a professional setting. What I especially like about our team is that we always support each other and have a lot of fun together.
