In the Product Team, we continuously develop our product portfolio and think strategically about the shape of new building blocks with which we can open up new markets or application areas. In doing so, we leverage the capabilities of our platform to develop innovative solutions and respond quickly to market changes.

Our Product Management team consists not only of Product Managers, but also our UX Designers, Documentation Specialists, and our Academy team. Each team member brings their unique skills and perspectives to put our users first and meet their needs.

Product Owner

Even during my job interviews at the beginning of 2018, I knew right away: this company is different and unique. During my time at cplace, I was already able to help shape and experience many things. In an atmosphere where challenges are tackled and mastered collaboratively, your ideas and opinions are actively asked for and incorporated in an appreciative manner. My path at cplace led me from junior consultant to project manager, and now finally into product management. As a product owner, I can optimally use my experience and knowledge to further expand the cplace solution kit. And all of this in a hybrid, self-organized team in which we are allowed to determine our own office-remote mix.

Teamlead Documentation

I have been with cplace since 2015. Back then, a former colleague introduced me to cplace. I was immediately impressed by the numerous configuration and expansion options, and thus the potential that cplace has. Since my start at cplace, I have been able to develop myself further and take on different roles. Particular successes have included the rollouts of cplace for our first customers, but also the establishment of the documentation team. Together with colleagues from the development and product teams, we work on describing all aspects of cplace in a way that is appropriate for the target group.

Content Creator E-Learning

In mid-March 2020, I started working completely remotely at cplace during lockdown and I have to say, it worked out really well for me. I still enjoy the flexibility I have between office and remote work. What I like most about my job is understanding our software and sharing that knowledge. We have built an enablement offering of e-learning, classroom training and Q&A sessions over the past year. A great achievement of our Academy team! Shared time is important to us, so we usually meet once a week in the office and host team events.
