We are communicative, creative, curious and hands-on and all have the same goal: we want to continue writing the cplace success story and make our brand cplace even better known. That's why we work every day with passion and commitment to create even more reach and visibility for a new generation of software solutions in the field of project and portfolio management.

Content Marketing Manager

I have been working at cplace since July 2022 and have felt welcome and appreciated since the first minute. I am inspired by the product and the community concept, and am impressed by the passion, determination and teamwork that have gone into making cplace a success story in just a few years. Since we work with the OKR method, successes are visible every quarter - that motivates and drives us. For me, successes are experiences that have been achieved together because everyone is working in the same direction. One example is our PPM conference cplace Day. I particularly like our Marketing Team. It's a dedicated, creative and supportive team where people laugh a lot and where everyone is able to be who they are.

When my cplace journey started in early 2019, there were still quite a few teams that consisted of only two members - the perfect opportunity to experience scaling up close and personal! Innovation is the constant driver in our work to write success stories based on the latest trends and methods. The most fun is when our customers tell us about their success stories with cplace. By now, they tell our story almost better than we do ourselves! In our team, we meet as professionals at eye level to implement our ideas. It doesn't matter whether someone is a working student or a manager - everyone makes an important contribution that moves us forward.
