Hi, we are People & Culture!

As the People & Culture Team, we see ourselves as ambassadors of our corporate values and love to create an atmosphere in which people enjoy using and developing their skills. We firmly believe that the best results are achieved when employees feel valued, inspired and supported.

We are divided into the areas of business partnering, talent acquisition, people operations and learning & development. This allows us to focus on relevant topics and succeed. What we all have in common is our human-centered approach and the passion to make our company culture experienced in a way that everyone feels welcome - regardless of gender, age, appearance, origin and identity.

We are curious, open to new things, motivated to actively shape the growth and vision of cplace and have a lot of fun in our work.

I’ve been working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at cplace since 2022. The fact that I was so excited to return after my parental leave really says it all. What excites me most is the combination of inspiring and smart people from all kinds of backgrounds and a product that truly drives businesses forward. As a recruiter, my greatest sense of accomplishment comes from the people themselves: I’ve had the opportunity to bring many talented individuals to cplace and I’m especially happy when they feel at home here and continue to grow. How big is the team?

The team consists of ca. 5 employees. We have different roles in the team such as Business Partner, Operations Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager.

What exactly are the steps in the application process?

Typically, our process involves two to three rounds of interviews. The exact procedure will be shared with you in depth during your first video call via Zoom. Depending on the position, a case study may be part of your selection process, enabling you to present your professional skills to us.  

Later in the process, an interview will take place at one of our office locations. This way you get the chance to meet your potential team and other colleagues, all while getting a taste of cplace.

Do I need a cover letter or a letter of motivation?

Your resume is all we need to successfully process your application.
