As the People & Culture Team, we see ourselves as ambassadors of our corporate values and love to create an atmosphere in which people enjoy using and developing their skills. We firmly believe that the best results are achieved when employees feel valued, inspired and supported.

We are divided into the areas of business partnering, talent acquisition and people operations. This allows us to focus on relevant topics and succeed. What we all have in common is our human-centered approach and the passion to make our company culture experienced in a way that everyone feels welcome - regardless of gender, age, appearance, origin and identity.

Head of People & Culture

I have been on board since 2015, making me one of the first ten employees. And it's as exciting as it was on the first day. Not only has cplace developed incredibly, but so has my area of work. It's challenging, but also very exciting. For me, the most rewarding thing is to see the company evolve, becoming more diverse, more colorful, smarter, and yet remaining such an amiable collection of interesting people united by one vision. In the People & Culture team, we put our heart and soul into shaping, supporting and developing. We are united by the motivation to constantly make cplace better as an outstanding employer and to create a place for everyone where work is fun.

When I started in April 2020, my team only consisted of three people. Since then, our People & Culture team has grown significantly and I have also been able to inspire many people to start their journey with cplace. For me, successful recruiting processes take place at eye level and with clear mutual expectation management. I feel particularly successful when new employees start and report back to me that they recieved exactly what they expected. What I love about my job is that it is so versatile. It allows me to fully exercise my creativity in employer branding and in implementing measures to promote corporate culture. I'm looking forward to what's next for me at cplace.
