At cplace, we're working on the future of project and portfolio management. That future is AI-driven. We build the platform on which enterprises run their most critical projects, and we make it smarter with AI: from context-aware assistance to autonomous agents to AI-powered app development by business users themselves, with no code at all.

Our ambition: cplace will be the home for agentic engineering and vibe coding in the enterprise context – governed, auditable, and built on proven building blocks. While other PPM vendors bolt AI on as a feature, cplace is built as a platform on which AI runs natively.

In the Product Team, we think strategically about new building blocks to open up markets, and we use our platform's modular architecture to respond quickly to market shifts. Our team of product managers, product owners, UX design engineers, product information managers, and researchers brings diverse perspectives to keep our users consistently at the center.

Even during my job interviews at the beginning of 2018, I knew right away: this company is different and unique. During my time at cplace, I was already able to help shape and experience many things. In an atmosphere where challenges are tackled and mastered collaboratively, your ideas and opinions are actively asked for and incorporated in an appreciative manner. My path at cplace led me from junior consultant to project manager, and now finally into product management. As a product owner, I can optimally use my experience and knowledge to further expand the cplace solution kit. And all of this in a hybrid, self-organized team in which we are allowed to determine our own office-remote mix.

I have been with cplace since 2015. Back then, a former colleague introduced me to cplace. I was immediately impressed by the numerous configuration and expansion options, and thus the potential that cplace has. Since my start at cplace, I have been able to develop myself further and take on different roles. Particular successes have included the rollouts of cplace for our first customers, but also the establishment of the documentation team. Together with colleagues from the development and product teams, we work on describing all aspects of cplace in a way that is appropriate for the target group.

How big is the team?

The team consists of ca. 15 employees. There are different roles in the team such as Product Manager, Product Owner and UX Designer.

What exactly are the steps in the application process?

Typically, our process involves two to three rounds of interviews. The exact procedure will be shared with you in depth during your first video call via Zoom. Depending on the position, a case study may be part of your selection process, enabling you to present your professional skills to us.  

Later in the process, an interview will take place at one of our office locations. This way you get the chance to meet your potential team and other colleagues, all while getting a taste of cplace.
