In our Finance & Legal Team, we lay the foundation for the financial and legal stability of cplace and the growth of the company. We bring together the areas of financial planning & analysis, investor relations, legal, accounting, data protection and information security. With our expertise, we create the framework for the company's strategic direction and thus drive cplace's success.

We are all excited to support a company like cplace on its journey to becoming the leading PPM software platform. I have been Head of Finance & Accounting at cplace since September 2025. I particularly appreciate the positive work atmosphere, the respectful way we treat one another and the open culture of learning from mistakes. I have been working as an accountant at cplace since December 2019. I really appreciate being able to actively shape the development of the Collaboration Factory while also growing personally in the process. Among my greatest achievements have been the digitization of our accounting, the design of efficient processes and the annual audits without findings. What I particularly appreciate about my team is the respectful atmosphere, the willingness to help, and the reliability – both among my colleagues and my team lead.

How big is the team?

The team consists of ca. 8 employees. We have different roles in the team such as Legal Counsel, Financial Analyst and Accountant.

What exactly are the steps in the application process?

Typically, our process involves two to three rounds of interviews. The exact procedure will be shared with you in depth during your first video call via Zoom. Depending on the position, a case study may be part of your selection process, enabling you to present your professional skills to us.  

Later in the process, an interview will take place at one of our office locations. This way you get the chance to meet your potential team and other colleagues, all while getting a taste of cplace.

Your resume is all we need to successfully process your application.
