In the Engineering Team we build the foundation of cplace's success. We are an international team and we work in small, self-organized teams (squads), each covering a focus area of our product. We use all forms of hybrid collaboration to achieve our goals in a flexible and collaborative way.

With cplace, we develop a powerful ecosystem. In doing so, we are always mastering new and complex challenges that inspire us technologically and create clear added value for cplace users in a wide range of industries. This is how we make relevant and visible contribution to the company's success.

Once you have joined us, you can expect helpful colleagues and an established training program to familiarize you comprehensively with cplace. In addition, our regular TechDays provide space for technical research and your own experiments, away from the daily grind.

I first joined in 2017 as a career changer, left after a few years to gain new experiences, and made a conscious decision to return in 2023. What convinced me: cplace thinks ahead. I’ve been working at cplace since July 2021. Right from the start, the application process was very pleasant and open and that’s been confirmed in my everyday work. I especially appreciate the team’s willingness to help, their motivation and the cultural diversity that makes working together so exciting. How big is the team?

The team consisits of ca. 30 employees. There are different roles in the team such as FrontEnd Engineer, Backend Engineer and Software Tester.

What exactly are the steps in the application process?

Typically, our process involves two to three rounds of interviews. The exact procedure will be shared with you in depth during your first video call via Zoom. Depending on the position, a case study may be part of your selection process, enabling you to present your professional skills to us.  

Later in the process, an interview will take place at one of our office locations. This way you get the chance to meet your potential team and other colleagues, all while getting a taste of cplace.

Do I need a cover letter or a letter of motivation?

Your resume is all we need to successfully process your application.
