As the Cloud Operations & Customer Support Team, we are responsible for monitoring the performance of our cplace cloud platform and supporting our customers in making the most of cplace.
We ensure smooth operation, develop innovative cplace cloud solutions and provide first-class customer service. The core competencies of our team lie in the areas of site reliability engineering and cloud operations as well as in system administration and technical support. Your duties
Responsibilities:
- Classification and handling of incoming requests in the ticket system.
- Finding solutions in collaboration with Key Users using existing guides and descriptions.
- Reproducing errors, analyzing logs, and creating workarounds.
- Involving internal stakeholders or 3rd Level Support for complex inquiries.
- Regular documentation of solutions to continuously improve Customer Support as well as assisting with user documentation.
- Proactive customer care and coordination and execution of escalations.
- Active engagement in the ongoing professionalization of the Customer Support department.
Your profile
- Successfully completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist, IT technical assistant) or strong IT affinity for career changers
- First experience in a comparable customer-oriented field is advantageous
- Strong service orientation, customer focus, enjoyment of customer communication, and high willingness to learn
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly and simplyIndependent, self-reliant, and structured way of working
- Experience in user support, problem analysis, and coordination
- Fluent German and English skills.
