Your duties

As a Solution Consultant you are part of our Consulting & Professional Services department. Our task is to design customer specific solutions in projects with the cplace platform and that's exactly what we need you for! You will become a no- and low-code specialist who is indispensable for our customers, our product cplace and for us as cFactory!

You lead workshops with our customers, capture requirements and document functional requirements in user stories
You are responsible for the successful implementation of complex cplace solutions and work in agile project teams with our customers
You develop data models and implement them with no-code features on our cplace platform
You have programming skills and can independently implement automation and workflows using low code
After a short period of time, you will advise customers and partners on technical domains and how these can be optimally mapped in cplace

Your profile

You have a degree in a computer science related field and/or an equivalent level of education with work experience
You enjoy discussing requirements directly with customers, understanding the challenges they face, and translating them into solutions
You are familiar with relational data models and web technologies and have a good knowledge of a programming language (e.g. JavaScript)
You know how to develop agile solutions (rapid application engineering) based on no code and low code
You are enthusiastic about requirement engineering methods and are able to capture and document requirements in a structured manner
Ideally, you have already gained experience in agile software development projects and are familiar with agile project management methods and processes.
You are customer-focused and results-driven and thrive in a dynamic and motivated international team environment, with lots of room for your own development
You are proficient in German and have very good English skills

In another one to two rounds of interviews, we want to deepen our mutual understanding of each other. A case study could also be part of this phase. At least one interview will take place in one of our beautiful offices, so you can get a taste of cplace.

4. Contract
