Testimonials

Milena
Milena
Backend Engineer

I've been at cplace since January 2020 and I love the daily work with my colleagues - they are truly inspiring and motivating. The greatest sense of achievement for me is finding and implementing simple and elegant solutions to challenging technical problems. In the backend team, I have contributed core features and improvements to the cplace platform that have a direct impact on all solutions in our ecosystem. My team is dynamic, very collaborative and eager to learn. Working on the cplace platform requires us to pay attention to detail and develop technical solutions that fit seamlessly into the ecosystem.

Frontend Architect

I have been with the company since August 2020 and cplace still impresses me! It is a powerful software platform with huge potential. Many large, very well known companies are already using it. It makes me really proud to be a part of the overall cplace UIX modernization and frontend technology migration.

Our team is very international with just the right balance of younger and very experienced people, which is great!

David
Fullstack Engineer Business Apps

I've been working for cplace since January 2023 because I find the genericity and customizability of the software very exciting from a technical perspective. I'm really eager to develop technically here and to learn more.

What also convinced me was our product philosophy, our mindset, and above all our collaboration! I noticed this immediately during the onboarding process, where I was not only trained very well professionally, but the human component was not neglected. You get insights into what others at the company do - even those with whom you wouldn't normally come into contact with. In addition to exciting tasks, it's the family atmosphere that motivates me the most. There is no silo thinking - we live ownership and work collaboratively. I think it's great to know at the end of the day what I'm doing it for!
