Your duties

Development and maintenance of frontend and backend components, ensuring robust and efficient architecture
Ensuring optimal performance, security, accessibility, and scalability of applications
Contribution to high-level architectural decisions and definition of overall technical strategy for components
Provision of guidance, support, and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative environment
Assistance in skill development and promotion of a culture of continuous learning within the team
Resolution of complex technical challenges and efficient troubleshooting, including root cause identification
Collaboration with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement project requirements
Establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality
Monitoring of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to leverage modern approaches

Your profile

Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable field of study
5+ years of proven experience in fullstack development, with a strong track record of delivering complex software projects
Expert knowledge in Java 17, Spring Boot 3 and REST is a must
Proficiency in Angular 16+ and TypeScript
High-level understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical issues
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers
Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset
English is a Must – German is a Plus
German residency and work permit
