Your duties

You will be thoroughly onboarded and become a full member of our People & Culture team, supporting Talent Acquisition, Operations, Business Partnering, and Learning & Development.
One of your main focuses will be to support the entire recruiting process from job posting, active search, screening, interview scheduling to onboarding.
For that you will communicate directly with applicants, coordinate interview appointments, and work in our recruiting software (Personio).
Another area of focus is supporting our business partners in the onboarding of new employees and managing our learning and development opportunities.
You will also actively be involved in various People & Culture projects according to your interests and take on responsibility within the team.
Continue to build our employer brand with us and support us internally and externally at exciting events such as job fairs, our Culture Day & cool (after) work events.

Your profile

You are currently studying economics, humanities, education, or social sciences and are available to work for us for at least two more semesters.
You have a keen interest in the tasks of an HR department.
Your work style is autonomous, diligent and reliable.
You have a hands-on mentality and are highly solution-oriented.
You enjoy working with people and are eager to join a motivated team.
You are very familiar with MS Office.
Excellent German and English language skills enhance your profile.

3. Further Interviews

In another one to two rounds of interviews, we want to deepen our mutual understanding of each other. A case study could also be part of this phase. At least one interview will take place in one of our beautiful offices, so you can get a taste of cplace.

4. Contract

You are a match for us and we are a match for you! You will receive your signed employment contract within a very short time. After your signature, your journey as a member of the #bestteam begins.
